Raffles Institution Primary Mathematics World Contest

The Raffles Institution Primary Mathematics World Contest (RIPMWC) is an event organized with the help of Hey-Math. It’s a big global competition that honors young math geniuses. Raffles Institution Primary Mathematics World Contest lets young minds show their great math skills and how they solve problems. The contest brings together people from different places and encourages them to be friends. It’s famous for its tough problems that make you think hard and improve your problem-solving and critical thinking skills, not just in math.

Objective: The Raffles Institution Primary Mathematics World Contest

The Raffles Institution Primary Mathematics World Contest (RIPMWC) aims to make math exciting and help students become great problem solvers. It’s a fun contest that encourages students to explore the world of numbers and improve their thinking skills. It’s not just about winning – it’s a journey that helps students get better at solving problems. With interesting math challenges, RIPMWC helps students become curious and learn more about numbers, making them smarter and better thinkers, even beyond just math.

Syllabus/ Subject Matter Focus

The Raffles Institution Primary Mathematics World Contest doesn’t have a set list of things to study, which makes it hard for students to know exactly what to expect in the competition. To help students get ready, Raffles Institution and HeyMath! made an online Preparatory Course that covers questions from the last ten years, including 2022. This course gives detailed answers, focusing on important steps, so it’s great for students who want to learn on their own and improve their math skills.
