GYMNASTICS CAMP - designed for all gymnastics lovers, from beginners to recreational pros!
- Strength, Physical Preparation & Fitness
- Tumble track & pit work for tumbling fundamentals and technique
- Core skill-sets on a variety of different apparatus
- Rolling, jumping, weight-bearing, handstanding, cartwheeling, somersaulting, front and back handsprings and much much more!
- Fundamental skill-learning and confidence building on Uneven Bars, Balance Beams, Floor and vault
- Acrobatic obstacle courses and FUN group games & friendly Challenges.
- Set goals at the beginning of the week and see your progress with your coach
CAMP IS AVAILABLE IN THESE LOCATIONS - Bukit Timah and Dempsey.
