About Event

FREESTYLE CAMP - designed for all gymnastics lovers, from beginners to recreational pros! Ages 7 - 16 years.


Freestyle is a combination of parkour movement across obstacles and the core elements of freerunning. Kids learn the discipline of training, strength and conditioning and a progressive range of acrobatic freerunning skills across a single salto.


The Yard's 5 days camp enjoy training on a range of professional training equipment, from our specialist parkour frame to trampoline tracks, uneven bars and foam pits.


Having fun whilst learning the the essentials of safety, technique development and physical preparation in a safe and soft environment.


This program is fantastic for girls and boys those looking to keep fit, develop strength and coordination in a non-tradition gymnastics pathway.

7 to 16 years old
