3.One-to-One Private Coaching
Private coaching isn’t just about making
rep teams and going on a pathway to play at an elite level. Fundamentally,
working with a private sports coach in a one-on-one environment is about
learning new skills, honing technique and building confidence.
Private sports coaching allows children
to receive one-on-one attention in an environment where they are supported and
heard, and where they are the top priority. It’s also an opportunity to spend
time with a positive and inspiring role model and learn life skills like good
sportsmanship, the value of hard work and a never give up attitude. All of this
combines to give kids newfound confidence in their ability.
Our esteemed coaches also offer
one-to-one private coaching should you need it.

Sanda (散打) also known as Chinese boxing or Chinese kickboxing, is the official
Chinese(link is external) full contact combat sport(link is external). Sanda is
a fighting system which was originally developed by the Chinese military(link
is external) based upon the study and practices of traditional kung fu(link is
external) and modern combat fighting techniques; it combines full-contact
kickboxing(link is external), which includes close range and rapid successive
punches(link is external) and kicks(link is external), with wrestling(link is
external), takedowns(link is external), throws(link is external), sweeps(link
is external), kick catches, and in some competitions, even elbow(link is

As part of the development of sport wushu
(link is external) by the Chinese government(link is external), a standard
curriculum for Sanda was developed. It is to this standard curriculum that the
term Wushu Sanda is usually applied. Sanda may also involve techniques from any
other fighting style depending on the teacher's mode of instruction
Sanda is the sparring segment of Wushu,
which many people do not know of. It is similar to Mixed Martial Arts (MMA) in
many ways and is gaining popularity among the younger crowd.

6.Toddler & Parent Fitness Wushu
class age: 18 months to 3 years old. Kids
above 3 years old are ok to join subject to class available.
Benefits/Importance of our lessons
Peer Interaction: Positive peer
relationships make critical contributions to healthy social emotional
development. Peer interaction serves as the foundation for many important
aspects of emotional development such as the development of self-concept,
self-esteem and identity. Children learn about themselves during interactions
with each other and use this information to form a sense of their own selves –
who they are.
Spacial Awareness: Space awareness is the
knowledge of how much space the body occupies and how to use the body in space.
Children learn that they have their own personal space as well as the general
space available around them and the restricted space in which they may move.
They also learn their body can take on different shapes as it assumes different
positions, can travel in different levels in relation to the ground, and can
follow various pathways as it moves through space.
Identify Different Parts of the Body:
Pointing to and eventually naming body parts will help your child reach an
important language development milestone. Plus, simply repeating the names of
the body parts you’re teaching helps him understand where his own mouth is, even
if he can’t yet say “mouth.”
Hand-Eye Coordination: Hand-eye
coordination is one of the most important parts of the learning process. It
helps your child track the movements of their hands with their eyes, which is
essential for reading and decoding.
