1.Kcombat (POPULAR)
A well-received program by all secondary schools and Jcs. In this activity, we teach students on the basic kickboxing / Muay Thai moves that include punches, kicks, elbowing and kneeing. In addition, to make this program more interesting, we have included punching/ kicking mitts for students to try their techniques on. It will be a tiring and fun day for them.

4.Wushu (POPULAR)
A well-received program by all schools.
In this activity, we deliver the complicated moves that that found in the
routines in "bite-size". By doing so, students find it easier to
practice and more confident to learn this sport. As a "beginner"
stage, we focus on guiding the students about basic moves and coordination of
the movements, the precisions within the Martial Arts such as
"force", "strength" and "accuracy" will be
enforced during this session.
