2.LOWER PRIMARY - PRIMARY TWO
There is a noticeable step-up in difficulty
in P2, with longer
comprehension passages and more in-depth
vocabulary. While there are no official exams, most primary schools will have
checkpoints and
assessments of comparable difficulty.
Our P2 classes (1hr 45mins a week) are
holistic, with a greater focus on oral, composition and comprehension.

N2 kids tend to have shorter attention
spans, thus classes need to be extremely interactive and engaging. At this age,
it is also important to build strong foundations in oral and listening.
Our N2 classes (1hr 45mins a week) are
focused on building interest in Chinese, with a focus on oral and listening
skills.

The main goal of K2 classes is to prepare
your child for P1 while still ensuring he or she has a deep interest in Chinese
that is critical for success in primary school.

5.LOWER PRIMARY - PRIMARY ONE
P1 is a major transition process for your
child. We make the transition as seamless as possible while ensuring your child
retains a love for learning Chinese.
Our P1 classes (1hr 45mins a week)
prepares him or her for the common pitfalls like hanyu pinyin and show and tell
in the first half of the year, and comprehension and writing in the second
half.

P3 is another major transition point,
with the first official examinations, more difficult formats for both
composition and comprehension, and more difficult vocabulary to learn.
Our P3 classes (1hr 45mins a week) help
students transition, while teaching them the exam techniques to cope with the
“3+1” composition and open-ended comprehension questions.

7.UPPER PRIMARY - PRIMARY FOUR
Comprehension becomes significantly harder into P4, as questions become harder and require more understanding rather than just wholesale copying from the passage.Our P4 classes (2hrs a week) will equip your child with the techniques to tackle the new comprehension formats, and we will also introduce oral video practice (new PSLE format).

8.UPPER PRIMARY - PRIMARY FIVE
For many students, the transition to P5 can be difficult, as they will face more challenging compositions and comprehensions, and more abstract vocabulary. School examination papers are also usually more difficult in preparation for PSLE next year.Our P5 classes (2hrs a week) help students transition, while teaching them the exam techniques to cope with the “5+1” composition and open-ended comprehension questions.

9.UPPER PRIMARY - PRIMARY SIX
For P6 students, PSLE is the key challenge, and our classes are focused on equipping students with the proper examination techniques to ace the PSLE, while helping them revise some of the vocabulary used in lowerprimary.
