1.Toddler (3 to 4 years old)
The best age to start learning to swim is from 3 years old. The core essence of a toddler’s swim class is to teach key elements of swimming that will help our children’s physical and social growth development, while at the same time having lots of fun!At the age of 3, we incorporate nursery rhymes, games and word association into our lessons. We aim to make the children water safe and water confident as the foundation for them to swim independently.At the age of 4, kids are able to learn basic freestyle arm and kicking quickly.It is at this young and important stage, that having the right strokes is key for our kids to swim right, as only then we can tell if our kids have any potential in swimming.Get started with our 3 level toddler learn to swim programme!

2.Kids (5 to 12 years old)
To fully unleash a child’s true potential in swimming, the only way is to start right with the right strokes from the very beginning! 3.Stroke Correction
Looking to understand what’s holding you back in the water and how to improve your swimming technique and personal best times?Correct stroke technique is the key to unleashing your full potential in the water. The earlier a child corrects and masters his or her strokes, the sooner they are able to swim at their optimum level.The Stroke Correction Programme is specially designed for swimmers regardless of age and level to improve their efficiency and speed in the water. It helps Learn-To-Swim swimmers confidently and quickly transition to Competitive Swimming.Our coaches for this Programme are experienced stroke correction specialists. They have the skill and ability to quickly identify and implement the corrections required for each swimmer.

4.Stamina Swimming Program
After learning 4 basic strokes, now is the time to swim further with correct swimming technique. Developed specially for all ages, Staminal Swimming program consist of differing intensity of stroke corrections, improving techniques, building targeted stamina and nutrition guidance as a stepped up and preparation for swimming competitions respectively

5.Competitive Swimming
We offer competitive training programmes that cater to different age groups and different needs for each swimmer to “Be Your Own Champion”.All our competitive team coaches have personal experience in competitive training and taking part in national and/or international competitions themselves. We believe this is important and is what sets our team coaches apart from the others. They can empathize with our students and are better able to guide and support students through not only physical but also emotional challenges during the training and competition process.
