1.JUNIORS
Girls & boys aged 4-7 years old. This is an introductory program focused on having fun whilst learning the basics of ball handling, kicking and movement.

2.GIRLS FOOTY
Girls 8-15 years old. Girls get to enjoy their own separate groups and dedicated coaching. At the end of the season the girls play their own Lightning Rounds competition.

3.BOYS FOOTY
Boys 8-15 years old. Program focuses on skills, fitness and match play, culminating in the famous Sharks Lightning Rounds.
