1.Kinder Classes
Our Kinder classes are filled with Fun!
Perfect for our little ones that taking their first step in gymnastics! The
class takes the girls through RG basics and warm ups, ending with playtime with
RG Apparatus like ball, rope and ribbon! Eventually, our girls will work
towards learning the Singapore Gymnastics Kinder Level routine, and work
towards a grading event!
Suitable for age 4-6 years
Class Duration: 1 Hour
Training Frequency: 1-2x a Week

2.Beginner L1 Classes
Beginner L1 Classes are foundation
classes where girls are introduced to warm up, conditioning and skills required
at L1 level of the Singapore Gymnastics Programme. This class is suitable for
beginners, or girls that have had some experience in RG previously, or girls
moving up from Kinder level classes. Girls will learn elements of the L1
freehand and rope routines and may eventually progress to Competitive L1
Classes.
Suitable for age 6 years and up
Class Duration: 2 Hours
Training Frequency: 1-2x a Week

3.Competitive L1 Classes
These classes are to prepare our girls
for upcoming L1 grading events and national competitions such as National
Championships and National School Games (NSG). These classes are rigorous and
focus on routines and techniques required for the Singapore Gymnastics Level 1
Freehand and Rope routines.
Only by Invitation
Suitable for girls aged 7 and up or girls
with background in RG
Class Duration: 2-3 Hours
Training Frequency: 2-3x a Week

4.Competitive L2/3 Classes
These classes are to prepare our girls
for L2 and L3 of the Singapore Gymnastics Programme. For L2, girls will move
onto Rope, Ball apparatus and at L3, girls will be using Hoop and Clubs during
their routines. These classes are intermediate level and are meant for girls
that have RG background or have already completed L1/ L2. Girls in this class
will be prepared for National Championships, Club Grading Events as well as
National School Games.
Suitable for girls aged 8 and up with
background in RG
Class Duration: 3 Hours
Training Frequency: 2-3x a Week

5.FIG Pre-Junior Classes
Looking for a challenge? Our FIG
Pre-Junior classes are led by Coach Jaime and are for an elite group of girls
that possess the aptitude and ability to perform FIG-type routines.
What is FIG-type routines? This means
coaches and girls’ have the freedom to choreograph routines according to FIG
rules, selecting music, putting in elements that are most suitable to showcase
each girls’ talent. The routines are more difficult than Singapore Gymnastics
Levels routines and will therefore require more training sessions a week. Girls
may compete at international competitions, national competitions under the
“Stages” segments, and take part in various local competitions as well! If you
are interested, please drop us an email for an assessment.
Suitable for girls aged 7 and up, subject
to an assessment and invitation.
Class Duration: 3 Hours
Training Frequency: 3-4x a Week

6.FIG Senior Classes
These classes are for our senior
gymnasts- some of which have qualified for the National Squad. This is an elite
class for our girls that are aiming to qualify for International Competitions i.e.,
SEA Games, Asean School Games etc.
Suitable for girls aged 13 and up.
By invitation only
Duration: 3-4 Hours
Training Frequency: 4-5x a Week

7.Our Dance Programme
Releve’s Dance programme was started as a complement to our Rhythmic Gymnastics Programme as we wanted our girls to be more expressive and have more showmanship during their routines. Through this programme, our girls had opportunities to participate in Dance competitions which gave them even more oppotunities to perform and showcase aside from Gymnastics Competitions. Since the programme started in 2019, our girls have shown tremendous progress in the dance field and have thoroughly enjoyed the classes!
