1.Bouncy Kidz
For those between 24-36 months
Recommended for boys and girls ages 2-3
years. Your child will playfully learn gymnastics, gross motor skills, and
basic sports skills in a safe, fun, and age-appropriate class that blends
physical, cognitive and daily living skills. Children begin to learn:
independence, how to follow directions, gymnastics terminology, basic
gymnastics positions, and fundamental skills in our Edu-Gym as well as the
Gymnastics Gym.

2.Kinder Kidz
For those between 3-5 years
Recommended for boys and girls ages 3-5
years. Your child will learn in a fun and exciting environment the wonders of
movement and gymnastics. Gross motor skills, flexibility, spatial awareness and
basic gymnastics skills will be taught in this class. Children in this program
will learn on all the apparatus as well as the trampoline and the tumble
trampoline.

3.Fun Kidz Beginner & Intermediate (For those 5 Years and Above)
In these classes the
fundamentals of gymnastics will be taught on all four of the girl’s events and
all six of the boy’s events including:

Each class begins
with a general warm-up, conditioning and flexibility training. During the class
the children will work on three to four pieces of equipment. Emphasis will be
placed on learning new skills/routines for the Developmental Program as well as
reinforcing good basic fundamentals. Strong emphasis is placed on body position
and awareness and of course safety is heavily emphasized.
