Quinn Centre was founded by Ms Rachel Rina in 2012 as social enterprise and dedicated support centre for children with special needs and their families. In the midst of rising operation costs, we are committed to keeping fees affordable for all parents and caregivers

1.Intensive Behaviour Regulation Program (IBR)
The IBR Program meets the specific needs of children displaying behaviours of concern such as :-- Aggression towards self or others such as self injurious tendency, hitting, biting or scratching
- Inability to control impulses, compulsions or obsessions
- Inability to learn due to hyperactivity or sensory needs
- Poor on seat behaviour, focus and attention
- Defiance, flooring or escape task behaviours

3.Early Skills & Intervention Program (ESI)

4.Daycare with Early Skills Program (DES)
The DES program meets needs of caregivers to ensure that their child is meaningfully engaged and cared for while they work :-- Meals, nap time and classroom activities
