Pixie Phonics

Pixie Phonics classes are specially designed for children to be engaging, fun and imaginative, exposing your pixie to the first sounds of words. We explore topics ranging from animals, food, shapes, modes of transport, geography, sports, the body and many more through song and dance, art, conversation and tactile activities. This provides opportunities to all types of learners, whether visual, audio or kinaesthetic, to hone their English language skills.While each 50-minute class has a different theme and set of activities, the order in which the session progresses remains the same so as to provide a sense of structure for the child. This pedagogy works like a charm with children, and it gives them a sense of security and confidence, knowing what to expect next.

Pixie Phonics classes are intentionally held in a homely and nature-filled environment - I strongly believe that effortless learning is best achieved in non-constraining surroundings. Class-sizes are kept small so as to provide personalised attention - no more than 6 pixies in a class!

A Pixie Phonics session exposes your child to something different for a small part of their day! Not only will your child benefit and grasp the proper sounds of letters, but so will you.
