1.Toddlers - Play Gym (2 - 5 Years Old)
Our
children Play Gym sessions cater exclusively to toddlers and younger children
where they can play in a fun and safe environment. Little kids will love our
expansive 4,700 sq ft facility where they can explore different stations with
tunnels, tubes, trampolines and more together with their parents!This
is a parent-accompanied session ideal for soft-play where young kids get to

2.Toddlers - Parent & Tot (2 - 3 Years Old)
Toddlers
are able to explore physical activities together with their parents or
guardians in a safe and secure play group environment. The Parent & Tot
teams are led through individual and group activities, free play, games,
creative movement and music by the coaches.NorthStar
Gymnastics' Parent & Tot programme helps students develop fundamental gross
motor skills, spatial awareness, social skills and self-confidence, as well as

3.Recreational Gymnastics – Kindergym (3 - 5 Years Old)
Introducing
toddlers and young children to the world of gymnastics at an age where they are
developing coordination and agility. Kindergym is where students:
·
enhance gross motor skills (running, swinging, hopping,
skipping, crawling etc.),
·
learn basic gymnastics (balancing, rolling, hand support skills
etc.) and
·
build fundamentals of stretching and physical fitness.
Students
are also introduced to early social awareness skills independently from their
parents. Classes are energetic and movement-based. Students have fun while
mastering the basics and fundamentals of gymnastics.

4.Recreational Gymnastics – Beginner Recreational (6 Years Old Onwards)
Designed
for beginners, this is a skills-based programme where students will learn basic
gymnastics skills on various equipment with side station drills.
Students
are grouped according to their abilities and gender (for men’s or women’s
events) from this level onwards. Students work at their own pace progressively
under close supervision by the coaches. NorthStar Gymnastics' Beginner classes
improve gymnasts’ strength, flexibility and total fitness. It also instills
determination, confidence, discipline and teamwork.
Our
budding gymnasts also get to perform their skills and engage in friendly
competition with your peers at our popular annual in-house meet attended by
parents and friends!

5.Recreational Gymnastics – Advanced Recreational (9 Years Old Onwards)
Gymnasts
in this non-competitive group have different goals in learning gymnastics e.g:
·
learn advanced gymnastics skills without competing, or
·
excel outside gymnastics in related sports e.g. cheerleading,
dance, acrobatics, martial arts, parkour, water skiing etc., or
·
benefit from total body fitness and coordination without working
out with weights and machines.

6.Competitive Gymnastics – Development Squad
Getting
ready to join the team
The
squad is for gymnasts who have the potential and desire to become a competitive
gymnast. Already trained in fundamental gymnastics skills, the gymnast will
learn advanced skills, strength and flexibility required for competition.
The programme prepares gymnasts for the Junior
Team. Gymnasts in the squad typically train at least 4 hours per week.

7.Competitive Gymnastics – Junior & Senior Team
Maximizing your potentialGymnasts
are grouped and trained according to the MAG or WAG levels. This is an advanced
level where the gymnast has mastered not only the basic but also the
intermediate level skills in gymnastics and is preparing to compete. A high
degree of flexibility and strength is required at these levels. Gymnasts
compete in local and international competitions, and at times participate in
shows and demonstrations.Junior
