2.Primary Maths Tuition
Our Primary Maths Programme is focused on
helping your child develop the skills they need to excel at PSLE maths. This
success very much depends on your child’s ability to solve problem sums and not
just handle computational maths. It also requires your child to think
differently, critically and independently.

teachers and PSLE markers, our Primary Maths programme uses our proprietary
systematic method of classifying complex heuristic problem sums to make
learning, understanding, and revision simple and efficient for your child.

WORKBOOK PRACTICE
We structure our workbooks by organising
mathematics questions by topics and by concepts and grouping problem sums that
require similar problem solving approaches. These workbooks are designed to
provide your child the required practice in solving each type of sum in a
step-by-step approach that builds on their understanding and their skills.

3.Secondary Maths Tuition
As your child enters secondary school,
they’ll gradually be introduced to more complex secondary maths equations and
topics including statistics and data analysis, trigonometry and calculus as
they start to prepare for the O level syllabus.
Our Matrix Math programme has been
developed following extensive research into top school examination papers to
understand how different concepts are applied and tested.

HOW OUR SECONDARY MATHS LESSONS WORK
Our students will take lessons that are organized
by topic and concept, with each lesson covering between one to four concepts.
As they progress through the course, they will be introduced to all secondary
maths concepts that are commonly tested including statistics and data analysis,
trigonometry and calculus. At Matrix Math, we focus on those that students
typically struggle with, based on our years of experience in teaching the
Singapore maths syllabus.
Each lesson consists of three components:

Worksheet (covers
concepts to be taught in the lesson)

Lesson Notes
(provides more information to students about what they are learning)
·
Full detailed
solution (students can learn from their mistakes and understand where they went
wrong)
