1.Weekly Basketball Trainings
A 10-week term class for those aged
between 5 to 19 years old. The duration for each class is 1.5 hours. Training
includes individual instruction and repetitions, and small group drills – game
situations, half court drills, and game scrimmage with running clock and score
to simulate a high paced actual game environment. The depth of the instruction
increases gradually in appropriate increments based on age and ability.

The goal of LJE Sports Basketball Camps
is to help develop well-rounded basketball players. We take our camps to the
next level by combining skills, practices and basketball education.

3.1 on 1 Private Basketball Lessons
LJE Sports private basketball skills
coaching and basketball training for individuals is ideal for serious athletes
that want to identify and hone in on specific areas which need improvement.
1 – 1 training is a personalized and
dedicated time to work on closing skills-gap or working intensively to develop
a specific skill set whether it be:

Private basketball coaching lessons will
be a focus on ball handling, shooting form, accuracy, footwork, balance, post
or perimeter scoring moves, and defensive principles.

4.Beginners’ Basketball
The Beginners’ Basketball is a joint
programme between LJE Sports and Chinese Swimming Club. We aim to prepare the
trainees with basic basketball skills and knowledge before entering the next
phase of their lives such as school admission with basketball as one of their
top few outstanding co-curricular activities. Our training consists of basic
ball handlings, footwork, shooting drills and conditioning drills.
Age: 6-13
years old

5.Special Needs Basketball
Special Needs Basketball Branch : ALL
Special Needs Basketball is an
introductory program designed specifically for children that requires different
type of needs. The program is conducted under a special needs trained coach in
a safe and suitable environment. Participants will learn all the fundamentals
of basketball at a comfortable pace, so they will be able to enjoy the process
without being under distress. Each child will appoint a caregiver to assist
during the training to provide familiar contact.

– 12 years old
