FAQ
1.AQUA TUB (0-3 MONTHS)
As your infant's very first swimming session, an Aqua Tub session gently introduces your infant to water, letting them get familiar with the sensation of being in the water and encouraging them to relax fully. It also provides an opportunity for your infant to engage in a multisensory play, where they will be exposed to different sounds and sensations while in the water. Fundamentally, Aqua Tub sessions act as a stepping stone for your infant to progress on to Aqua Infant classes once they have been familiarized with being in the water.

2.AQUA INFANT (2-6 MONTHS)
Aqua Infant builds a strong foundation for water comfort and confidence, and provides many opportunities for sensory stimulation. Your infant will also experience different positions in the water, and with regular infant-parent water time, they can smoothly transit to the next level, Aqua Babies, in line with their developmental milestones. Useful for preemies, special needs, distressed babies or parents who simply want their infants to relax in the comfort of warm water.

3.AQUA BABIES (6-12 MONTHS)
Aqua Babies accompany your baby’s growth by providing them with ample opportunities to safely explore and play, with gentle support by parents. Through our play-based and child led approach, babies gain independence and start to glide underwater, before progressing on to having more and deeper explorations underwater with the guidance of toys and props. The progression of the class is informed by the babies’ curiosities — about what they can do in the water, and with their parents in the water.

4.AQUA TOTS (1-2Y)
Toddlers may be new to the water when they first join the class, but not for long. Aqua Tots provide many opportunities for toddlers to explore independently in the water and pick up basic safety rules around the pool. Once they are confident, can swim short stretches by themselves, games that give plenty of opportunity for gliding, kicking and peddling around the pool will be introduced, though reinforcing safety skills still remains as the priority.

5.AQUA BIG TOTS (2-3Y)
With light support from their parents, these older toddlers explore the water's qualities and their own buoyancy in the water through songs and games, and start to take on longer stretches and more complex swimming games. As their confidence and competence in the water grows, it needs to be paired with a respect for water and ts qualities, and that respect is honed in partnerships with the parents. Parents will also start to take on a more supervisory role in the water rather than one of assistance. Aqua Big Tots (Level 3) swimmers can take water survival tests too.

6.AQUA KIDS (4-7Y)
Aqua Kids first reinforces the basics that a young swimmer would need, including comfort and safety in the water, and skills in breathing, submersion, rotation, floatation and gliding. Respect for water is a central feature of Aqua Kids - swimmers will learn about their buoyancy as well as gravity in the water, before moving on to learn about the different strokes and polishing them. By the end of Aqua Kids Level 4, they would have acquired all the strokes for their age group, completed the Survival Series and be eligible for the SwimSafer test.
