CrossFit Kids and Teens is CrossFit designed for a unique population with specific developmental needs. By combining fun and fitness, CrossFit Kids instills lifelong good habits which emphasize the importance of health and fitness from an early age.
At CrossFit Kids and Teens, we will do the following
- Develop physical and cognitive abilities.
- Use elements of CrossFit to keep kids and teens engaged, while teaching them proper movement mechanics and creating broad athletic foundation.
- Pair fitness, competition and fun to encourage a lifelong love of health and fitness.
- Develop self-confidence, discipline and social skills through interaction with peers in a conducive environment.
Kids (ages 4 - 11)
Kids will be introduced to fitness through functional movements, fun activities and games - all to develop the athlete within them.
This programme will also focus on character development - ensuring that good habits and values are being formed at this crucial stage of life.
Teens (ages 12-18)
For Teens, healthy competition is emphasized. Education on health, fitness, discipline and body mechanics will be reinforced in a holistic and interactive environment.
The programme focuses on developing Teens for future endeavors which await them past their youth.
