1.INDUK SUPER-TOTS
The INDUK SUPER-TOTS
program is open to any child from the age of 2½ to 3½ years old. It is designed
to introduce your toddler to the sport and instill basic motor skills and
develop strength that will enhance the child’s physical as well as mental
development. We believe that a strong body will provide the basic foundation to
any sports and be the foundation to a strong mind.
The lessons are conducted
in a safe and fun environment with class size kept small, so that every child
will get the necessary attention, and yet learn to share, interact and
socialize with their peers.

2.INDUK TODDLERS
Whether your toddler is a
mini dynamo or passively shy in nature, INDUK TODDLERS program will help
harness that energy and also encourage engagement in a social environment.
We combine the learning of
Taekwondo with play, where the curriculum includes basic punches, kicks
together with movements that helps with balance and flexibility. Children will
learn in a fun, social environment how to take and follow instructions, and
taught to be aware of being safe while doing physical activities.
Student to teacher ratio is
kept low, to ensure that every child has the required attention to make
training safe and fun.

3.INDUK KIDZ
Physically, taekwondo helps
develop strength, speed, flexibility and stamina. It also helps in children’s
character development as they learn patience, humility, discipline and
resilience. Children who have taken up taekwondo exhibit increased confidence,
better self-discipline, and a longer attention span.
Our children’s program will
complement your child’s development and encourage the best out of him or her,
with emphasis on moral development where students will learn to respect for
their instructors as well as their peers.
INDUK Kids general
curriculum includes hand & kicking techniques, learning the taeguk (forms),
sparring techniques and self-defense. The curriculum encourages the setting of
goals as they train to earn their belts through positive attitudes and
discipline. Students learn at their own pace as well as get influenced
positively to do better under a conducive peer environment.
