PROGRAMME
Tots ‘n’ Tennis is essentially a
Blue stage tennis programme, which is a pathway to the Red stage.
Our programme is thematic* and
game-based!
The programme aims to develop and
enhance your child’s visual tracking, body coordination, balance, athletic skills,
and basic tennis skills.
We welcome parents and guardians to
participate with their child in the programme.

2.KIDS TENNIS PROGRAM
At Future Sports Academies Singapore,
tennis lessons for kids are critical in developing skills in young players who

5.COMPETITIVE JUNIORS PROGRAM
The Future Elite is a high-level tennis
program with a clear structure and developmental pathway for competitive junior
tennis players to reach their full potential and the rigours of ITF, ATP and
WTA circuits.
Over the course of weeks, months or
years, our coaching team will design a custom-fit tennis training program that
will prepare our students for the reality of intense competition.
Our elite program cycle revolves around
four major components, namely technical development, tactical awareness,
physical conditioning and mental toughness. This cycle allows competitive
junior players to grow exponentially in their skills.
