1.RECREATIONAL
Our
Recreational Program is catered to children from 3 years old. This program
allows both parents and children to explore the world of Gymnastics and what
it’s like to be taught and trained to have dynamic movement patterns.From
jumping, swinging, running, balancing, and stretching, your children will be
able to receive a wholesome experience in their growing stage.

2.ADVANCED - (FOR GIRLS AND BOYS)
Our recreational
gymnasts will progress to our Advance Program with the aim of preparing them
for future competitions. This program provides a broader foundation to your
children. They will be exposed to some skills that competitive gymnast needs.

3.COMPETITIVE
This
Competitive Program is for selected individuals, who demonstrated potential to
excel in gymnastics and have a keen interest in going for competitions. Students enrolled in this program are
eligible for selection to compete in National Level Competitions.
