1.Introduction Stand Up Paddle Boarding
The main objective for the basic course is to educate participants on basic paddling techniques, safety aspects when paddling, what to do when caught in an unfavorable condition while paddling and the correct method of handling of the equipment issued to them. Course participants will be advised to return for further practice should they want to advance their paddling technique.

2.Kayaking Course (Minimum age 12 years old)
To introduce the sport of kayaking to the community in a safe and enjoyable environmentParticipants will be taught the following technical skills of kayaking in order to equip them with knowledge to be able to paddle a kayak in a safe and proper manner.
